Canadian brewers, Collective Arts, purveyors of fine craft brews, have signed a 15-year lease in a 16,000-square-foot space on 3rd Avenue, Gowanus. The “urban brewery” will feature a microbrewery, a two-story taproom, a 100-seat restaurant, a 40-seat cocktail lounge, a retail shop, and a backyard area—perfect for the venue’s anticipated mid to late summer debut. Also of note for those of you who love an adventure: Collective Arts' summertime festival, The Liquid Art Fest in Ontario, bridges the gap between craft beer live music and art, featuring 50+ brewers over 2 days.
A quality summertime IPA will only be a hop skip and jump away in Gowanus later this summer! See you at Collective Arts.
